I started seeing Dr. Shilpa Carlson a little over a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough she is. When I have been concerned about something, she follows through with bloodwork, tests, or a procedure. So many times, I have felt my previous doctors have dropped the ball. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Robotham and his team! He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, cared for, and truly understood. His kindness and professionalism shine through in every interaction. The office runs so smoothly, and everyone there treats you like family. If you need a nephrologist, look no further—you’ll be in the best hands possible.
I have no problem with the physicians or nurses but the billing department does not return phone calls and billed a hospital stay wrong.
