If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. I have been contacting this office multiple (MULTIPLE TIMES) since my grandfather was released from the hospital with Kidney Failure the end of September 2020. I started calling and leaving voicemails since 09/28/2020. I have left MULTIPLE Voice mails for someone named Rachael whom I am assuming is supposed to handle scheduling and referrals.
