Receptionist who answered this Rock Hill office number would not help me in getting an appointment with Dr. Kodali even though I was referred and she stated that I needed bloodwork sent from AUGUST before they could even consider me. VERY unprofessional! (She wouldn’t give me her name)
The doctor is great. This review is not for him. When the recieve a referral, it should not take more than a week for them to call the transplant center. They should also have vacation coverage for when the only single person who can coordinate referrals is out of office. If someone's kidneys are failing, it is a reasonable expectation to have a prompt referral. Every day count.

Most unprofessional, dismissive, unresponsive drs. office I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe they actually treat people with serious illness. I had been trying for over a month for someone to even respond to my phone calls. My dr. finally had to intervene to get them to even schedule an appt six weeks out. Apparently, the Dr. has an "emergency" two days from now and my appt has been canceled. Normally, I would say things happen but their level of disregard seems more like a pattern.
