Apparently, the entire Nephrology Associates of Utah company is changing their computer systems. The doctor in the Riverton location is out of the country and has been for weeks and weeks. They never entered the Riverton patients into the system. So there is no record. They have done all of this without notifying their patients. I have been calling and calling the main number with no answer for a month. My husband has a kidney disease that needs monitoring. Kellie at the front desk is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to talk to. She swears, and is completely disrespectful right from the start. The complete lack of professionalism and communication skills is unbelievable.
