Review based solely on front office: Got an email that said “confirm your appointment” or “I need to reschedule”- Three weeks before my appt, I clicked, “I need to reschedule.” I called the office twice (they don’t have a VM box after their business hours and yes, I too have a full time job) to find a new appt time. Today I received a rather salty letter that I “missed my appointment and I didn’t answer their mid-workday phone calls." They said they thought I hit the ‘reschedule’ button by accident…. umm, what? Great staff, great nurse, great Doctor (Suresh Rijhwani)! All were friendly. Dr was patient, answered all our questions and was professional the entire visit. Glad he is my moms Dr!
