I adore this office! Dr Assefi is caring, dedicated, patient and kind. I trust him completely and have lived in many places and he absolutely the best. The staff is efficient, friendly and wonderful. I am unable to to express the gratitude of being able to be a patient here . I give them seven stars
Excellent nephrologist, very personable & knowledgeable. Helped me resolve long-standing kidney issues due to lack of hydration. Getting a prescription in a reasonable amount of time seems to be a challenge though. They have a central office in Fairfax which seems to hamper the swift filling of prescriptions because of communications issues.
5 requests called in to have a Prescription filled...5! Three from the Pharmacy and two from me...still no response, call back or confirmation that the office is EVEN GETTING THE MESSAGES. What is going on?
