They appear to be stuck in the dark ages to some extent. No ability to text things, and they mailed my lab order to me instead of just sending it to the lab like every other doctor I've seen in the last 5 years. I've also run into issues reaching the office by phone.
Dr. Ayesha Kaleem Is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She reminded us during the visit that our appointment was scheduled during her lunchtime. Despite our concerns she continued to tell us there was no reason for us to see her, and she could not understand why we were even referred to her. There are other doctors in the practice so if you choose to go to this location avoid her if possible.
