My one star is because of the rude elderly Receptionist Jean Karen. We bring our Mom here . Our brother will no longer come because Jean Karen is always nasty and rude to him. So today I came along with my sister. We wait in the lobby in this lobby. I see no signs 1 person in the lobby per patient, I see no signs of no cellphones. So they call my mom back.
