NAMG provided professional medical kidney care and advice to our family for 5 years. The initial NAMG visit and diagnosis for my Mother at age 83 was Stage 4 Kidney Failure. Specialists Dr. Tricia Cowan and Dr. Carrie Minnelli were compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable in kidney care, dietary advice, and life expectations. The office support staff was professional and friendly. Our family is grateful to NAMG for my Mother’s care. Highly recommended!
Some of the office staff was the worst I’ve experienced with any medical office by far, and this was ongoing. Whether addressing a concern through the message center or over the phone. They are clearly not there to be of help to the patient. Very surprising and disappointing.
Been a patient for 6yr la now. Since the passing of the Dr I had before everything has been downhill they been scheduling me way far apart in months as they should. The new Dr. Forgets what orders I need on lab work. Feeling lost in what will happen with my kidney health is sad. Because they say they are not responsible on patients schedule appointments. Dr A was the best! He explained situation in words andiagrams that could easy understand. The staff was very profess friendly upbeat. So far they deserve 5 stars
