Since Dr Sanchez left, care has not been the best….missed review of meds, not great hospital care and I had a kidney transplant. I know they have many patients and difficult to service everyone.office staff is nice.

NAMG provided professional medical kidney care and advice to our family for 5 years. The initial NAMG visit and diagnosis for my Mother at age 83 was Stage 4 Kidney Failure. Specialists Dr. Tricia Cowan and Dr. Carrie Minnelli were compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable in kidney care, dietary advice, and life expectations. The office support staff was professional and friendly. Our family is grateful to NAMG for my Mother’s care. Highly recommended!
Some of the office staff was the worst I’ve experienced with any medical office by far, and this was ongoing. Whether addressing a concern through the message center or over the phone. They are clearly not there to be of help to the patient. Very surprising and disappointing.
