This is the worst office ever the receptionist is rude for three months trying to get my husband a drs appointment he has been give 3 referrals all three referrals she won’t schedule an appointment he is in kidney failure going without medication they say da vita Drs see him but they don’t prescribe medication DO NOT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER NEPHROLOGIST AS WE ARE. ITS A ZERO star
Trash business and doctors office, had an appointment for a month or two and then with under a week to the appointment cancelled inexplicably. Find any where else.
They don’t answer their phone. Somebody picked up said “Oh” and then hung up. They’ve deliberately been hanging up on me. It took 2 weeks for them to acknowledge I requested an appointment, and then they tried to deny me an appointment despite having a doctor’s recommendation because a single test out of many showed regular. Two days after denying me because of the one test they based it on they finally said I could come in because they received the many other tests, but won’t answer their calls to make the appt.
