The tone of voice the lady that answers the phone uses is rude and insensitive. Dr. Decai has been a good kidney specialist and has answered any questions and has been kind at my appointments. With kidney disease there can be a lot of uncertainty about the future and when I come here I have a good experience. Unfortunately had to put 3 stars due to the lady answering the phone condescendingly.
Dr Lambert is a awesome doctor. Very kind and takes time to answer question. In fact his entire staff is very professional and kind.
