I know I was pretty clear on what I was requesting even after I kept having to repeat myself to the receptionist.She was unprofessional how she aggressively slammed her computer mouse and pen on her desk while inputting information that I was telling her.
Nearly impossible to actually talk with a real person. Office used to be customer orientated, not anymore.
I've been under the care of Dr. Albrecht for some years now. I've never known a physician so caring and so thorough in his treatment and manner. There's a calm gentleness about him I've never experienced with any other physician. His staff adores him and I can see why. I feel the same way about him--and about them, too.
