Called to schedule and they said it would be Aug. and they needed a referral so had that sent. Called 3 days later and was told they didn’t get it. I was told now by same person that it would be 3 or 4 months once they got referral. I really felt as though she did not want me as a customer. Phrases like we don’t get many referrals from where you’re at. I’m 45 minutes away. Called cpa and things went much better. The vibe I got from here is that they have plenty of work and not interested in putting effort into new customers.
Extremely knowledgeable. Helped get my meds lined out after transplant: I suppose people like Mrs Owen’s can blame people like me for the doctors 4:am arrivals, as he takes emergencies first. I just thank GOD he’s there!
Highly recommend Dr Arslan…he was friendly, thorough exam and explained in detail what was going on and what steps to take to improve my mother’s health. A+++++++ Staff ….was helpful and very friendly!!!
