I was injured on Christmas Day, and he came in on the holiday to take care of me, which I will never forget. Because anesthesia wasn’t safe that night since I had eaten, he personally set and stabilized my ankle and then came back the very next morning to do the surgery. Throughout everything, he was upbeat, calm, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening, which really helped ease my nerves.
