Rude, late, disorganized. I ordered flowers through the internet 10 days before I wanted them delivered. I wanted them before Mother's Day. The flowers never arrived. No answers on phone or email. No call backs. When I did call I was 1st told that they didn't get the order, but after a few hours I got a call back that they didn't deliver because I had not paid. Ordered flowers for my biological mother's birthday (I live in CA & they live in UT) way in advance. Flowers didn't arrive. Called the place & went straight to voicemail & left a voicemail with my name and number. As soon as I left the voicemail, I got a deposit refunded back into my account.
