Sadly Nepean Sleep Services was not accessible for our needs. Their email doesn't work, Kabin did text once, but never replied back, and my partner who was having the study is Deaf. My partner attempted to go in-person after no response came via email, but he found out Kabin is only in on an appointment basis and you can only call to make an appointment. Kabin was amazing. Really friendly guy, he was great explaining the sleep study process and my test results. Have gone from 28 episodes an hr to averaging 1 every 2 hours Would recommend
Tricked us into borrowing a full face mask to test by saying we would be refunded the deposit. When we brought the full face mask back because it didn't improve things, we were only offered half the money back, which we are still waiting on. Also pushed us to purchase a pillow mask because my nasal mask was "too old". This mask chaffed my nostril while using. Terrible service. Do not trust this individual, he is not knowledgeable. He is very fast at taking money, but doesn't specify nothing is refundable, and then denies having said that. Specifically, do not accept a trial, he will not refund you. The pharmacy TWCM should revisit their cohosting choices.
I went with my wife to buy a machine after being tested this guy was extremely rude told me that he didn't want to unwrap it if I wasn't going to buy it and we had to hurry up because he had people waiting my wife said we should have told him to keep it it has taken me a while to post this put everytime I use the machine make's me think won't be going back
