After only 6 years the pool pavers have popped up and we have a crack in the concrete slab. Just shy off the warranty nepean pools have not been helpful to rectify the issue. There contractor laid the pavers in heavy rain also. Would not recommend them.
Over the last year we have been working with Nepean Pools to design our new dream pool. As part of the process they had to remove our very old tired existing pool. Nothing was an issue throughout the entire process. From our first sales visit all the way down to our final certificate the team have been brilliant. The project was fast, efficient, tidy and seamless. Highly recommend Nepean Pools.
Do yourself a favour , stay away from this dodgy company , I have there pool on display to show you there utter rubbish pools
