Most of the staff were rude you don’t get to choose your own food had the most horrible experience there wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and half of the doctors have no clue what they are doing

Hi I Like to thank everyone in Nepean Hospital for looking after me I was there from the 3rd April with very low pluse I was in CCU , from the Emergency room and being looked after in there was excellent and then transferred to CCU from then till the 9th April I couldn't find anything to complain about once again thank you, then moved to Private for a pacemaker put in and also couldn't complain about and pacemaker put in and checked and discharge on Thursday the 10th April , sorry for the late review I would recommend Nepean... read more

The hospital it’s self is lovely, but the staff wasn’t very helpful when I was trying to find out how to get to an outpatient. They were pointing for directions and I have a learning disability. She had made it clear multiple times I was in the wrong area - which I understood but I needed directions on how to get to where I needed to go. I understand they may be understaffed and what not but I was trying to get to my brother who had just had major lung surgery and I’m not familiar with the area. I presented at ED last week having experienced what I believed were heart attack symptoms. I had been to urgent care and was told to report to the ED. I was seen quickly and I certainly appreciated that action. All the staff were friendly, reassuring and most importantly to me, supported my decision to have my symptoms checked. Mitchell led me from the waiting room into the treatment room, offered me a coffee and sandwich which I definitely needed and appreciated. Attended a surprise day surgery, I rate the team 10/10 on professionalism, kindness and humour. In my opinion this is not just a job, it’s a calling. Despite being what I perceived as busy, every member of the team went above and beyond. They deserve to be recognised and rewarded for the huge part they play. Thank you!
