Have been a patient for over 10 years and my doctor is great but the reception staff have no idea about customer service to the point where I will be looking for an alternative place for my health care needs
Nepean Health Care is a professional, efficient and thoughtful practice- I'd highly recommend it. Booking an appointment is easy, the Doctors are insightful and empathetic and any necessary follow up is prompt.
Extreme level of incompetence- I call them regarding the medicals And I got told they were sent in august , using common sense to bridge the gap- if I’m seeing a doctor in the 2nd week of January regarding forms that need to signed in order to fight on an event in March, then would forms from august be valid. If they were valid , then why would I see the doctor the second time. I still did not receive my bloods medical despite them being promised to me. Very shit practise Would not recommend.
