Sam Sam Kalouche was fantastic! Very friendly service, and the ladies on reception most helpful. Surgery on site for my BCC, Sam and the nurse, very efficient in their job.
Doctor fantastic, receptionists are not friendly and make you feel like you are a hassle. I asked one simple question and two of them looked at each other, one rolled her eyes and then huffed and snapped the simple answer back. I’ve been to the place a few times and they are always rude.
I'm not sure what the reviews were on about with their comments but my experience was amazing. The reception was extremely nice and the dr I saw put me and my hubby at ease as I was so worried about coming in for my issue. Highly recommend. Don't listen to the reviews. Beautiful people
total waste of time find another specialist that’s clear and concise in what information they provide to you , told me I had a booking a week after I called to arrange an appointment,took the time off work to attend only to find out when I get there it’s now four months in the future wtf. Date was written down as I was being told and confirmed it with the receptionist. One week is a far stretch from 4 months very poor form
Both times been here waited 2 hours past appointment time to Dr. He was dismissive and hard to understand..cut out a lump and left a bit behind so had go re cut.. i wouldn't recommend this practice
