My daughter called this morning to book an appointment and the receptionist was so rude, she told my daughter that the doctor she was referred to no longer worked there and gave her no other options. Her job as a receptionist is to be kind and helpful, she acted like my daughter was inconveniencing her. I wish I could give zero stars my daughter ended up in tears from how rude the receptionist was.
Their landline is always switched off. Looks like they don’t want to take appointments on the phone
The ladies on reception are rude, arrogant and entitled. My daughter had a really frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when she was simply trying to follow her doctor’s referral and make the best decision for her own care. The receptionist’s job is to assist professionally, not to offer personal opinions or invalidate a patient’s concerns — especially when those concerns are being handled through appropriate channels like a referral. The receptionist was rude when I called to book. I chose to go somewhere else instead where I wasn't spoken to poorly when booking :)
