The swim centre offers a great experience overall. The facilities are clean, the pool is well-maintained, and the instructors are friendly and professional. It’s a great place for both beginners and experienced swimmers. However, the reception could really use some improvement. The staff at the front desk were unwelcoming and not very helpful, which created a poor first impression. A little more courtesy and better customer service would make a big difference.
