I paid these people over $10,000 over 5 years, while I was 800 miles away from my property. When I signed with them I was told they would look after the property and do a walk through every year prior to renewing the lease. In 5 years not one single walk through had ever been done. My tenants were not out on time and when the finally did leave, they left a disaster.
