Horrible customer Service, and Super expensive Lease. DO Not Sign a Contract, we had a formor employee sign a contract who was not authorized to do so and now they are trying to collect $5,000 to get out of the lease.

Do not sign a contract with Neopost. You will never get out of it. It is the biggest scam ever. If you want to cancel at the end of your contract, you will go round and round with every department: customer service, retention and finally their termination department. After you have wasted about 3-5 hours on the phone with multiple people, you think you are done. Nope, not that fast! My organization has had nothing but trouble with Neopost USA. Their lack of transparency, poor communication and terrible customer service has cost my not-for-profit organization thousands of dollars. Further, their contract makes it near impossible to easily cancel.
