The nurses at Madison were wonderful, but my baby didn't even go to the NICU? Or was taken away from our care for any moment or reason besides when she was first born and for her carseat safety test? Then we were taken to collections for $50 without even a phone call from the company? Like everyone else has said, dealing with this billing system and lack of personal connection or contact is just infuriating.

Let's start by saying we LOVED the nurses during out NICU stay. However, have had nothing but troubles with this billing company? With first receiving a letter that we were going to collection (no bill prior to this!) Then calling to make a payment and being told we were already on collections (no bill still, only over the phone balance) and we would need to pay in full there could be no payment plan, after hanging up frustrated trying to figure out how and what to do. The neonatal nurses in Madison are beyond wonderful! If you by chance get Stacy as a nurse you are blessed. So caring and compassionate. Dealing with billing on the other hand is a nightmare. I was sent a bill and forwarded my financial assistance form that was sent to the hospital. I faxed it not once but twice. Then I received mail after losing my job to COVID that I needed to pay now or it was going to collections.
