A knowledgeable no-nonsense doctor who is focused on treating the premature babies in his care. He may not be a "warm and fuzzy" doctor, but he knows his job and does it well. His primary focus is doing what needs to be done to keep the little guys alive. He does answer questions and take time to explain what is going on, but he is also very busy (often the NICU has 20+ babies and there is only one neonatologist on duty). I was very happy with his care of my son.
