I had a pleasant experience with Bernie and Samantha until they tried to include hidden charges.I coudnt get a word in edgewise when trying to recieve a rebate for charges.And to add insult to injury, when I told him I was able to read the invoice myself and that I wasnt an idiot he said well I think you are and hung up on me!Hahaha, Southern California business owners never fail to impress me with their lack of intelligence and customer service.Have a good one Bernie! = )Hahaha, sad huh?
