As a parent, I value clear communication and respect for our time. I had a 2:00 PM appointment for my kids, arrived early, waited, and then was told the barber had left. The staff member who told us was rude and dismissive. I was also told the appointment could not be honored due to an unrelated issue that had nothing to do with me or my children. This was handled very poorly and was a frustrating experience for both me and my kids. I do not recommend..
Sydney is fantastic! She gave me a great haircut, blending my postpartum baby hairs perfectly. My daughter loves her bubble braids too! Highly recommend.
