5 stars, easily. My husband and I had such a great experience at Neon Rose Salon! We were so appreciative that they were able to get both of us scheduled the same day. My husband saw Katt, and she was wonderful. We honestly had no idea what to suggest for his haircut, and she was completely comfortable taking the lead and helping choose a style that worked for him.
