Eric (Neon Pig) catered a OUTSTANDING lunch for my me on moving day. The food was delicious and my moving crew of friends raved about food. Bbq ribs, smoked chicken with Alabama white sauce, his famous slaw and watermelon salad were a true hit! Definitely a win! Looking forward to using Neon Pig for my next event.
The variety of smoked meats and unique side dishes makes Eric's food some of the best that I have ever eaten! Nothing else compares!
Chef Erick’s food is absolutely delicious! He smoked a whole pig for daughter’s wedding and did all the rest! Everyone at the wedding was very impressed!
Eric did an entire pig for my wedding. He was on time and the pig was absolutely the star of the show! It was extremely tender, juicy, and flavorful! My entire guest list would not stop talking about how amazing this pig was. It’s been almost 3 years and our friends still always bring up the pig and how much they enjoyed it and that it was so cool. Thanks Eric! You are the best! 5 stars for sure!
