Honestly suprised how bad the experience was here my first time. Made an appointment for 11am they had me wait 40mins before service started. I always make appointments because I have a lot to do on my days off and I expect to only wait 10 mins max if I have to wait at all. The nail tech was so rude and very stamdoff ish even if I tried to make friendly conversation. I walked in today at 12:30 pm on a Sunday, wanting a refill and peficure. There were 5 ppl in the nail shop, 2 were almost done. The owner was acting like he could not accomodate me. He told me it was a very long wait, I asked how long, 1, 2 or 3 hours. He started looking around stating he had 1 appt, counting his employees and the customers, over amd over. Let me just start off by saying that this is absolutely the best nail salon I have ever visited! I drive an hour just to come here, which speaks for itself. The deluxe spa pedicures are incredible and worth every penny. The customer service is top-tier from the moment you walk in, and the complimentary hazelnut cappuccino is a must-try. I had a very disappointing experience at Neon Nails. When I arrived, I sat waiting without being greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. As I continued to wait, multiple customers who arrived after me were taken before me. I noticed that several white women who came in after I did were seated and helped while I was still waiting.
