This was my second experience at this nail salon. The first experience was pretty great. I came an hour a little before close and the woman was very very kind enough to stay a little later after close to finish my nails even after I told her I would come back the next day. I went in yesterday around a similar time and got a full set and pedicure they made a big deal about it taking two hours. Used to love coming to get my relaxing pedicure. The owner is really friendly and gives champagne during new years as a thank you to costumers. Recently though, there’s been new employees who only care about milking more money out of you by asking you to choose more expensive packages or say your nails look ugly, you should also get your nails done too. No longer relaxing. Just stressful. Sadly, I also got nail fungus in my toe nail. This was my got to place to give myself a little treat, not coming back again
All the people here are super nice. My favorite is Mark and the other 2 guys! Can be pricey but you pay for what you get. Great service. Happy 4 year anniversary 🩷
Definitely don’t recommend. Have been going here on and off for years and this last time was horrendous. I was charged 51 dollars for a gel manicure and design and it looks like a toddler drew it on. The lady who did them broke 3 of my real nails and told me it was because the previous salon put too much product on, when I only had nail polish on before. They are all shaped unevenly, and most of my nails aren’t even fully painted. Waste of time and money for sure!
Arrived for scheduled appointment. The place was busy and poorly staffed. A man was having a pedicure with notable open wounds and sores on his legs... Absolutely disgusting and gross.. The nail tech who gave me a pedicure, got up multiple times and disappeared... I paid for a deluxe spa treatment never got a massage or hot stone treatment, and it wasn't until I reminded the guy that I had also paid for a paraffin that he actually gave me a paraffin treatment...
