Let me just start off by saying that this is absolutely the best nail salon I have ever visited! I drive an hour just to come here, which speaks for itself. The deluxe spa pedicures are incredible and worth every penny. The customer service is top-tier from the moment you walk in, and the complimentary hazelnut cappuccino is a must-try. I had a very disappointing experience at Neon Nails. When I arrived, I sat waiting without being greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. As I continued to wait, multiple customers who arrived after me were taken before me. I noticed that several white women who came in after I did were seated and helped while I was still waiting. This was my second experience at this nail salon. The first experience was pretty great. I came an hour a little before close and the woman was very very kind enough to stay a little later after close to finish my nails even after I told her I would come back the next day. I went in yesterday around a similar time and got a full set and pedicure they made a big deal about it taking two hours.
