This business is the true definition of UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to come and get my hair colored by Chalise, unfortunately she did not know what she was doing. After 4 hours of getting my hair done it was still not what I asked for and what Chalise told me prior to even starting that she could accomplish.I was charged even though my hair was not the color I asked for. Effective dying, expensive, loud.
Chalise is amazing! I went to her for color correction on my hair and was very happy with the results. I also get treatments with her and appreciate how helpful she is in explaining her services. I recently showed her a pic of some color I wanted in my ends, and I was super impressed by how well it turned out. She's willing to take as much time and care to get the results you want. Highly recommend!
I wanted my hair highlighted. Instead they fried hair. One of hairstyles "inwich I will not name." Had bleached my hair 4 times and to the point I had no hair left. She wouldn't stop until I had seen the end result and I was upset. Unfortunately I can't not go back. What a shame. I had high hopes for this place. Someone else completely messed up my color/highlight!!! Neon color got me right in and she took the time and hard work to get the horrible highlights out!!!! This is the first time in my life I've walked out completely happy with my hair!! If anyone is trying to go blonde she can do it!!!!😁 and she did all this in 3 and 1/2hrs with a very reasonable price!!! I finally found someone I want to keep going back to, already set up my next appointment 🤣
