The leasing agent Melissa was extremely rude and racially profiled me to an extent of discomfort. I would usually let this slide, but given the professional setting it was extremely uncalled for and made me feel emotionally sick. Knowing the various types of people walking through that door it is sad to see such people as the face of the organization. I would 100% not want to deal with Melissa again, knowing how I was treated today. It makes me sad and angry to have to go through this.

I have been living in this building for two months. So far everything is great with helpful management and nice people.
I have been a tenant here for 7 months and writing this review as there are no recent ones and might help someone. The management has just changed when I moved in Sep '22. === Likes === 1. Great location, right next to the bus-stop. 2. Relatively new units (2016) so rents are decent compared to other apartments in downtown. Washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher included. 3. Beautiful modern apartments with high rise windows and I love the location. Walking distance to everything plus the beach! Management is super helpful and would try to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
