Best layout for any apartment I’ve had, the concierge also rocks. Very clean building, garbage rooms even smell good 😆 balcony I have is HUGE. Great windows so lots of light. Nice and quiet. Bedroom is great because when I have friends over and want to crash I can still while they chit chat. The gym isn’t too bad. My parents live in the condo, excellent security staff - Luis is a stand up guy, amenities aren’t bad either. The unit’s floors 5-7 are uninhabitable however. Every 3 weeks my parent sink backs up with sewage and over flows onto the floor. In the last 12 months 7 people on their floor have moved out because of this issue. My parents are older so moving them is a huge ordeal, hoping we can work something out with the landlord where they pay to have the drain snaked monthly to avoid this persistent issue. Nice place to live. Good building, not too crowded with only 21 floors. In the heart of Mid town, close to every where and at the same time located in a quiet street.
