Last summer I had the pleasure of working with Dan Perreault to reverse engineer a plastic part used in our Microwave Plasma Defroster that is used in hospital blood banks. We import this device and the parts from our supplier are unreliable and expensive. Dan was able scan and provide a CAD file within days. He also arranged to print out a first lot quickly. Chase and Kelsey were fantastic and so was the rest of the team. We purchased our first Intamsys printer and I could not be happier, Chase took his time setting it up and thoroughly going through every aspect of the printer and software.
