Last summer I had the pleasure of working with Dan Perreault to reverse engineer a plastic part used in our Microwave Plasma Defroster that is used in hospital blood banks. We import this device and the parts from our supplier are unreliable and expensive. Dan was able scan and provide a CAD file within days. He also arranged to print out a first lot quickly.
