Took my son in for a bad cough. Was told he had bronchitis symptoms. They said they would send a perception to pharmacy. 3 days later and still nothing has been sent to pharmacy. Now I have very sick child and they won't do anything about it. 9/18/25
They should never see anyone or anything breathing. Whoever the new PA is should be fired! Front office staff is great!
I have been trying for 2 months now to schedule my follow up on my breast exam because they saw something and Dr. Gaskins has never submitted my referral. I have called and my other Dr. has resent the request MULTIPLE times. This man does NOT need to see patients if he isn't able to make them a priority any better than this. I will be going to the medical board next.
I have absolutely no issues with the nurse practitioners I’ve seen there. The nurse Cindy however is rude and unprofessional and does not know how to speak to people. While attempting to speak to her over the phone recently, she failed to grasp the seriousness of my situation and then went on to overstep her position and gave me a diagnosis based on her opinion regarding critical lab results that had been faxed to neoHEALTH by another one of my providers a week prior that had been totally ignored.
