I am a stage 4 survivor. Breast, skin, and lymph. I was diagnosed just as Leslie Eddelton was being transferred. She was so very kind each time I seen her. Then Shelly. First visit. And by this time I have major anxiety. I chewed her out. But somehow, probably prayer made us start fresh. Shelly was my PCP during most of my surgeries. I felt very well treated. Now, I have Angela. Absolutely worthless clinic … having to reschedule an appointment Ive waited a year for all because they can’t find my lab orders and get them to me in time.
The NP, nurses, and lab were great…the front office staff however has got to be some of the rudest, least caring people I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. On the phone AND in person.
Dr. Stillwell is exceptional. My mother drives six hours to see him because of the outstanding care he provides. He is very straightforward, never pressures his patients, and truly takes the time to get to know them. His ability to communicate clearly and compassionately sets him apart.
The front desk ladies or nice. Nurses are nice your doctor I'm not quite sure about
