THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I have screenshots and proof of my appointment time and date that Chelsea set for me after they moved my son’s appointment 3 weeks out because Dr. Fletcher was going to be out of town. They dared charge me for the appointment they cancelled on me so I call them to have it removed which billing was hesitant on. Then my son’s actual appointment comes today & I go to log in when his appointment was changed to an earlier time. Shady billing practices. Don’t give them access to your credit card. I have called and left 6 messages for over month and no one will call me back
I have been going here for almost a year and I love the staff and Dr. Fletcher. I always feel heard and like my concerns are taken seriously. This is a fantastic office that will help you feel personally seen and helped as a patient.
