I have been going here for almost a year and I love the staff and Dr. Fletcher. I always feel heard and like my concerns are taken seriously. This is a fantastic office that will help you feel personally seen and helped as a patient.
If I could leave no stars I would. I had an appointment, they sent the link late, I logged on and waited for 50 minutes for nothing to happen. I rescheduled finally and made that appointment and Tiffany Woods was great. However the meds were sent to my pharmacy unsigned and after almost two weeks of the pharmacy and myself calling I still have no meds. Would not trust this company again. I will be looking elswhere.
Dr Fletcher is an amazing physician/psychiatrist. My kids and myself have been going to him for over 10 years now. We are always pleased with the outcome of our appointments. Thank you, Dr Fletcher.
Absolutely zero communication from anyone in the office beyond the initial response of inquiry. Don't bother calling the office since no one ever answers the phone nor returns voicemails.
I have been going to Neogen for well over a year now for myself and my 2 kids (10 and 12). I cannot rave enough about how amazing everyone that I've encountered at this practice is. They are patient and understanding. They are always extremely responsive. I saw another review talking about the portal for messages.
