Absolutely zero communication from anyone in the office beyond the initial response of inquiry. Don't bother calling the office since no one ever answers the phone nor returns voicemails.
I have been going to Neogen for well over a year now for myself and my 2 kids (10 and 12). I cannot rave enough about how amazing everyone that I've encountered at this practice is. This place is very organized, they help immediately and provide a comfortable atmosphere!
Thw absolute worst experience ever. Ive only tried to see a psychiatrist 1 other time and it was also bad so, I was reluctant to try this place and I should've gone with my gut feeling. They have you download an app as a portal and a means to contact the doctor directly and yet, it was impossible to get a hold of her. I saw Tiffany.
