Great service and the treatment works
I’d been wanting to do TMS for a while and Dr. Fletcher said I was a good candidate. Rebecca was great in getting the insurance situated and kept me updated every step of the way regarding the approval process. Once it was approved, I went to the Denton location, which is convenient and very nice. Dr Fletcher was very knowledgeable of my mental illness and communicated with me on my level of understanding when explaining the Brainwave TMS process and what to expect from the procedure. My TMS provider technician lady (Courtney) was extremely empathetic, caring and compassionate. I was really impressed that when we talked she listened for understanding and not just to respond.
