At first wasn’t sure if I wanted Dr Memo to handle my surgery for a problem I had. But I decided to put my trust in the doctor and his staff I’m very happy and thankful that I did. Very thankful and grateful to both staff and doctor for their skills that will bless me with a longer life god willing. Throughout this long journey of my medical problems I was treated well by both staff and doctors and I apologize to the staff for a earlier review that I did hastily after having one of many stressful days throughout my process.
I have been seeing Dr. Memo since moving back to Ohio in 2017, and was recommended by my sister-in-law who was a nurse. Dr Memo has been great, he asks questions to find out how I'm doing, and he also answers questions that I have had.
My visit went very good! He took his time with me and explained everything. His staff was also very good.
My experience with Dr Mark Memo was very good. He took time and listened to me. I would recommend him to anyone.
I went to see the doctor for the first time. He gain me samples of a medication for a condition I don't have symptoms of. He sent an order to the pharmacy that was written totally wrong according to the pharmacist . Not feeling to comfortable.

I went to see Dr. Memo about a lab finding blood in my urine. I was a little nervous but as soon as he entered my exam room and talked to me I felt comfortable and at ease. He is very easy to talk to and he listens. In my opinion he is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with him. You won’t be sorry.
My experience with NEO Urology is absolutely unacceptable. I was in severe pain and they said they found a large kidney stone, then ran one more test and said I did not and said there was nothing they could do for me. I was left in pain, missing class for three days and went to the emergency room to find I had a bad infection. They tested my urine at the office so there is no excuse for them not finding the infection or helping me further, not to mention how rude his staff was. Very disappointed
36 mins in waiting area so far......had to call office for results, they were supposed to call us. Terrible scheduling. I swear these people in med offices should have scheduling down pat by now, no reason for people to waste hrs of life waiting!! How about we charge them when they make ya wait an hr!
