I’ve had a great experience renting from NEO realty. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and just nice people all around. Before I moved in, they added new flooring and paint to my apartment and also replaced the stove. The apartment I’m in is affordable and spacious with only a 15-20 min walk from Case Western. A few small annoyances are the coin-operated laundry and small stove. Overall I’ve been very happy with my experience and would recommend it as student housing.
Great management! I’ve leased a commercial retail space from them for over 10 years and they have been awesome to work with.
