Awful customer service! I set an appointment with Ken. Was very clear in the notes what I wanted done. They confirmed my appointment. I drove 40 mins to get there to be told he could only do my fill in and not my design. I was very detailed in the notes on what I wanted only to have my times wasted. If you know you can’t perform a service.. Decline it. Simple.
I’ve been coming here since this past summer and I have never had a bad experience. They are so thorough and detailed. I never feel rushed. My nails would probably last 4-5 weeks if I could bear letting them grow that long. I always get dip polish and it’s very fairly priced. Highly recommend this place. :)
This was my first time getting my nails done in Charlotte, and the experience was beyond impressive! I believe it was John that did my nails, and he took very good care of me. Conversation was easy and he was very communicative with me about how my nails looked. Would definitely return whenever I come back to Charlotte! 🤭 10/10
The 5 stars are for Holly who has been doing my nails for over 15 years before it became Neo Nail Spa. Today after my service I witnessed the worst customer service from John & Mia part owners of the salon. Now they both were standing at the check out counter but when I went to pay for my service they both walked away.
