I had a question on Friday 3:50 pm. Sales department kept hanging up on me. One time picking up the phone to scream in it then hang up. I've owned 3 of thier trailers. Very unprofessional.
We have a couple Lark trailers that are 8+ years old still in excellent condition (even the single axle one). Less than two years after buying the $17k Neo, and using it the exact same way, it has broken to the point that it is only good for scrap metal. Almost all the welds of the frame broke. It’s been 3 weeks since contacting them. Initially they were responsive but after asking for a ton of pictures (and me sending them) I have not heard anything back.
