NeoManagement is a company built on empty promises and blatant lies. Their website claims they operate with “hard work, professionalism, honesty, and integrity” but in reality, they don’t even come close. They should have 0 stars, lived with their terrible service for 2years. So unresponsive and unprofessional. Takes weeks/months for work orders to get put in and finished . & I don’t even know my landlords name never seen them or spoke to them and I’ve lived here for 2years.
