My family and I absolutely love this place! Everyone in the office is awesome to work with and really made my littles feel comfortable. My littles actually like going to the dentist which makes everything so much easier! I definitely recommend them!

I cannot express how deeply I regret trusting this office to care for my children’s dental health. I started taking our son to this office when it was Kindergrins at the age of 1 (February 2020) and was very happy with the care he received. The care he has received since NEO kids dental took over the practice has been subpar. It really took a turn for the worst starting at his fall of 2022 visit. I should have decided to pull him from this office then but thought I would give them another chance. He has been to this practice... read more

First and for most it's nearly impossible to get a hold of the office. I had questions about a bill and it took them over 2 weeks to call me back. They do not call to confirm your appointment. Secondly the dental assistant was AMAZING with my 3 year old. Then the dentist came in and he was so rude and telling my kid to open her mouth and prying her mouth open. She's 3, you are a strange male she doesn't know of course she's not going to want to open her mouth for you. I will not be going back

My daughter is 17 and has gone to this location since she was quite young. Things have really gone downhill since Kindergrins was sold to NEO and today’s visit was the final straw. In July, they filled cavities right in my daughters middle two front teeth making them significantly a different color than the rest of the tooth. We mentioned today that we’d like them to be redone.
