Dr.West is the best. He really listens and cares about the patient.
I like Julie but will not go back. Every single time I’ve been there they overcharge me. They charge the copay for a specialist instead of primary care copay. I will not pay the extra money for seeing a physician assistant. When I asked about it they said that’s the way it was.
Julie is amazing!!! Instead of throwing pills at my problem she said let's try to figure out what is going on. She has done more for my health then any other medical professional I have ever seen. She is compassionate, caring and actually listens. If you have a problem Julie is going to work really hard to try and figure out what is going on. Everyone at the clinic is wonderful, helpful and caring. So thankful we found Julie and Neo Westville.
