Hitomi did such a lovely job on my haircut! It's very difficult to find people who can cut short hair well on women - especially with round faces. She gave me a cut that was exactly what I wanted, but tailored to flatter my face, and I didn't come out looking like a mushroom! She was also very knowledgeable about scalp and hair care. Since I've changed my routine to match her suggestions, my scalp has been much less irritated and my hair looks shinier. 10/10 would recommend! I will be going back consistently for all my cuts.

I love Neo Beauty! my first appointment was for a hair bleach and dye and Amy was so thorough. I know it's hard to get dark hair to a light pink but she took her time and gave me the hair I wanted!! The prices are also very reasonable for dyeing. She also gives me tips to get my hair healthier and remembers the styles I like for my hair :)

I’ve been looking for a place in the Southbay to have a scalp treatment done and I’m so glad I found this place. Amy was fantastic! She even had a device to show me what my scalp looked like prior to treatment. I’m Writing this review a week later and I’m happy to say my scalp feels great and I definitely noticed less dandruff! Can’t wait to see her again for all of my hair services!
