⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Neni Shriver and her team are absolutely phenomenal! What started off as an emergency root canal (I was in a ton of pain, and she made it feel like just a cavity!) turned into a whole dental journey. We ended up finding multiple things that needed to be fixed, and over the course of about two months and multiple visits, Dr. Shriver took care of everything. The staff is great very friendly but overall not a great office the Dr seams very pushy with the treatment "recommendation" she will confuse you with all the recommended treatment and will try to get you to do the treatment right on the spot which shows the lack of business and the need for profit. As she explain the treatment recommendation it was hard to understand her and as she did the examination her hands would shake. Not sure what’s up with that. Don’t waste your time. I switched insurances and was told that they no longer take the new one, so I went elsewhere. Then out of nowhere, I got a text message saying that they actually do except my insurance and to make an appointment. I just called and wasted another five minutes of my time finding out that yes, they do take the insurance, but I gotta pay out-of-pocket, so really what’s the point with all that? Absolutely horrendous.
The reception was fine. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful. The Dr. should have her license audited by the California board of dentistry. I just went to another dentist who told me that not only is this practice using completely outdated technology but the woman can’t even properly set a filling. I remember sitting in the chair and hearing the hygienist actually say “there’s a gap there” in my filling and Dr. Shriver’s actual response was “oh that won’t be a problem for a while”.
