Dr Kasmikha was once again superb in all ways. She clearly has deep mastery of her field, and I have complete confidence in her judgement. As important, in my view, is the manifest concern that she has for her patient, especially notable in the patience she exhibits in listening carefully to, and then explaining in detail, her responses to questions and concerns. As the philosopher Wittgenstein would say, she's "a real human being", and I consider myself fortunate to be her patient. Dr Kasmikha's the best!
