I don't know how to start - this is by far the best pharmacy in the South Bay as we've been to a handful big chain pharmacies - safeway, Walgreens, CVS. Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful. It makes the patient experience outstanding. It's hardly to imagine in the fast paced South Bay to have medical professional so helpful yet kind and patient.
The doctor is so unprofessional. He first forgot 2 out of the 4 prescribed medicine, and then he messed up the referral many times and delayed my grandma's urgent visit
