BOY DO THEY NEVER answer the phone!!! I can never reach them to schedule an appointment when my daughter is sick!!! No matter what option I press on the phone! And I always call within business hours and not around lunch time. WHAT THE HECK are you guys doing in there?? I’ve even tried pressing different options on the phone just to try and reach SOMEONE. No matter how many times I call I never reach anyone and my daughter is really sick, she needs to be seen ASAP. Very disappointing because I thought this place was amazing ... read more
If you want to be heard and listened to about your child this is the place. I cried because I finally found a place that validated my concerns about my daughter and she is finally getting the help she needs. The staff is truly amazing and so sweet. The Dr's listen and actually care. I am so grateful I found this place. Thank you Nemours!
