Doctor & NP are great! Just the older ladies (office staff) in the front are grouchy, unfriendly & overwhelmed. They seriously take 20min each time to check us in (they definitely need some training) Don't let that scare you off! Once you get past them....it gets better! � I would give 5***** if it wasn't for the ladies in the front, the online appointment Plattform (it takes several tries till it finally works & you have to enter LOTS of information - that I don't even know....group ID??) & the difficulty in making an appoi... read more
