We had a wonderful experience at Nemours Children's Health Cardiology department. The medical assistants Amber and Caitlin who performed my daughter’s EKG were very friendly, patient, and thorough, and they made her feel comfortable throughout the process. The sonographer Carlos was also very skilled, kind, and patient. Doctor Sernich was extremely attentive and took the time to ask my daughter many questions without leaving any stone unturned. This place has made such a difference in my life and the life of my daughter. From the hospital stay in Orlando to meeting Dr Hammer and the entire team, this has been a great experience! Dr hammer listens carefully to all the concerns we have and provide us with solutions. He is also really funny which makes my daughter comfortable around him so is always a fun visit! Thank you for all your work!
We had such a great experience! Catlin, was absolutely wonderful with my 2 year old daughter — so kind and patient, even explaining each step of the ECG so she knew exactly what to expect. Carlos, who did the EKG, was also amazing and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Dr. Sernich reviewed everything in a very timely manor and we were never waiting long, he then came in to explain all the results in great detail, turning what could have been a scary situation into a very reassuring one. Every time the operator transfers my call to this Port Saint Lucie location for pediatric orthopedics, the phone will ring for this location then hang up on me.
Wow!! What an amazing group of skilled people in this office. Kaitlyn at the front desk was beyond kind to us from start to finish. She also did an ECG on my child and was so relaxed, patient and gentle with him. Then we went with Gary who did an EKG on my son. Gary was also wonderful and beyond thorough explaining all parts of the heart to us as we watched on the screen.
